We are a team consisting of HR experts driving Performance and Reward (P&R) policies and processes based in Espoo and Hyvinkää.  We are looking for a Performance & Reward Specialist, Finland & Baltics, to our HR Center of Expertise (COE) team.

Tis role will be a key member of our HR CoE team. The main responsibilities for the role include:

  • Use your reward knowledge to help ensure Total Reward for KONE in Finland and the Baltics helps attract, recruit and motivate our employees
  • Support our P&R programmes to ensure successful delivery to the business, including reporting and data analytics, employee communication, job evaluation and salary benchmarking
  • Be a part of key projects to develop our offering in performance management, compensation and employee benefits

You will be reporting to the Performance & Reward Manager for Finland & Baltics,

To be successful in this role, you’ll have

  • data analytical skills, good mathematical skills and attention to detail
  • experience in or ability to prepare reports, presentations, materials and written communications both in Finnish and English to support the performance and reward area
  • experience of or knowledge of basic project management skills
  • ability to grasp the bigger picture, you are able collect information and inputs from other HR professionals in our working community or other internal stakeholders e.g. by interviewing, consolidating and summarizing information into proposals or other reports

You are an expert in the HR areas of Performance and Rewarding, happy to support process monitoring and implementation in defined areas to support the wider P&R CoE team and business.

You are not shy to ask questions and curious of finding new ways of doing things, you embrace innovation and are able to come up with new ideas.

You need to have excellent MS Office and digital skills overall, previous experience in Workday is appreciated

In this position you need to have English and Finnish (verbal + written) skills on excellent level.

The position will be based in the KONE headquarters in Espoo, with potentially some travel occasionally to the Hyvinkää site.
