We are now looking for a Product Development Leader with background in cloud-native to join our cutting-edge organization. Our solutions allow our customer to unlock new digital services and make their systems smarter, simpler and future-proof. At Ericsson, we make Digital transformation a reality.

Your Role:

You are a self-driven and versatile leader, capable of encouraging, challenging and supporting people in your organisation. You feel comfortable working as a team with agile developers and other leaders. Through your past experience in cloud software development, you are familiar with modern development principles.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven track record in leading, coaching, mentoring and/or facilitating others
• Good interpersonal skills with genuine interest towards working with people as well as superb communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding and ability for financial management
• Min 5 years of preceding experience in software development
• Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
• Basic understanding of cloud concepts such as containers, Kubernetes, Docker, OpenStack
• Detailed knowledge in Agile&Lean methodologies and ways-of-working

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and facilitate a group of highly skilled people working as cloud developers
• Enable a go-get team culture, ways-of-working and environment
• Formulating strategies and concepts as well as securing continuous improvement in operations for increased business value
• Stakeholder communication and reporting
• Financial responsibility
