Solution Expert

You are an enthusiastic and business driven IT professional with curiosity and an exploration mindset. You will focus on sales and marketing services and marketing application services. You shine on supporting tools and applications in sales and marketing area and you excel in solving problems and continuously improving our solutions. You innovate new solutions and ways of working together with Orion’s business functions. Finding new solutions to fit business needs is natural to you and you understand the possibilities of utilizing new innovations.

 Your responsibilities:

• Service management and development of application services such as: CRM, eDetailing, eMarketing, external webpages, marketing material management solutions and analytics solutions for sales & marketing
• Participate in larger projects as well as smaller enhancement work
• Participate in life cycle management of relevant solutions and services
• Utilize external resources and networks efficiently
• Develop yourself and your work continuously

Description of unit

Orion Information Management (IM) employs 80 people, of which approximately two thirds are located in Espoo. Other locations are Turku, Kuopio, Hanko, Mumbai and Nottingham. In this position you can be situated in either Espoo or Turku. We support Orion’s business in achieving its strategic targets not only by ensuring the availability of IT services but also by constantly looking for new innovations to match the current and future business needs.

 Requirements

• Understanding of what brings value to the business
• Efficient prioritization skills and the ability to utilize external resources
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent language skills in Finnish and English

You should have an understanding of sales and marketing area services and tools, service manager experience is appreciated. We appreciate a suitable upper university degree from a relevant field and are also interested in recent graduates. Taking ownership of and completing tasks at hand is natural for you. Being successful in the role requires understanding of what brings value to the business, curiosity, excellent collaboration and communication skills, positive “can do” attitude as well as taking responsibility. You exemplify problem solving skills, continuous improvement attitude and are familiar with Lean philosophy and methodologies.
