F-Secure is all about cyber security but being the best in the field requires a wide variety of skills. In the Security Research and Technologies department, we work on things ranging from low-level kernel drivers to artificial intelligence and also maintain our external collaboration and funding activities. We are a diverse bunch, but we all have one thing in common - what we do is meaningful and impactful. And we very much need people who can bring structure to our work and help drive success through collaboration, facilitation and effective but flexible project management practices to suit our innovative applications and domain as well as excel in both written and verbal communication towards collaboration project consortia and funding agencies. This position is a fixed-term role with a term of six months.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure successful execution of external collaboration and funding projects by coordinating activities, aligning priorities, facilitating workshops, driving planning and prioritization, and communicating about the projects to stakeholders

• Work closely with people from various teams to manage projects effectively

• Contribute to written reports together with the domain experts

• Ability to contribute high-quality written content for project reports and other documentation

• Willingness to work with large international projects with many stakeholders

• Organized way of working, natural talent in keeping all the balls in the air

• Ability and desire to interface and collaborate with multiple stakeholders with backgrounds ranging from very technical to purely commercial

• Energetic, result oriented mindset with strong drive, ability to communicate effectively and ability to adapt to changing environment and situation

• High-level understanding of modern technologies
