Job Description

You will be a truly valued member of a dynamic, collaborative team and will have the opportunity to be involved in a diverse range of international employment and labour law matters. This is an exciting opportunity to be based in our head office in Espoo but to be part of a wider, incredibly supportive international team.

You will work on a varied and broad range of employment matters and your key responsibilities will be to:

Work within the Nokia in-house labour and employment legal team and as a close partner to the HR team
Provide day to day commercially focused employment legal advice
Provide solutions focused practical advice on a wide diversity of issues
Develop scalable training solutions
Provide corporate/transactional employment legal advice and support on potential acquisition and transactions




What We Are Looking For

Finnish Qualified Lawyer


Experience of Finnish employment law is essential, ideally gained within an inhouse environment – minimum 2 years qualified
Experience working with an international environment with the ability to work effectively on a variety of projects and to effectively prioritise
Ability to provide commercially focused and pragmatic advice and to deal with ambiguity
Confidence to work well independently in a supportive team
Hands on team player with an ability to work well in a global remote team
Fantastic communication skills
Experience of operating across another jurisdictions is highly desirable
