I am Tomi Hautala and I am leading Telia’s Trust Services unit. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.

Right now, we are looking for two Software Development Managers to lead our software development teams in cyber security area. The location of these positions is in Kouvola or Lahti.

Your next challenge?

We have a great and solid Cyber Security portfolio that we constantly develop for our business customers. To strengthen our software development, we want you to lead these teams to become a top Software Development teams in product creation in the cyber security area. This area is developing fast and we have currently many initiatives going on.

In this role you improve and develop your team’s operational processes, collaboration and competences. You have the ability to set clear goals that thrive your team into success through sparring and coaching. You enjoy your team’s success more than your own. You dare to challenge the current, simplify complex and care for your team and customer in our self-leadership culture.

We are operating in the entire Telia footprint and supporting our country units. This is a great opportunity to work in an international environment. This also means that you should be fluent with English.

Who are you?

You have experience in leading software development in this area and can interpret business challenges and support your team to find best solutions and practices to improve product, process or service.

Your Experience:

• You are experienced Agile (SAFe) team leader at Software Development
• You have knowledge about cloud base solution development
• You are familiar with Azure and AWS platforms
• You have understanding of ISO 27001 requirement and security by design is your preferred way of thinking
• You are familiar with modern software technologies and object-oriented programming is natural language for you
