You’ll be powering the Digitisation department
As Sales Development Manager you’ll join an open and sharing community with highly skilled colleagues. You can come as you are and be at your best at Nets. You’ll even find the freedom to balance an exciting job with life outside of work.


Your key responsibilities are driving pipeline and portfolio growth in the Swedish midsize market in territory-based industries. You must be able to drive and build your own pipeline by bringing in new sales while also maintaining the clients you attain. At the same time, you are proficient in forecasting sales and revenue opportunities. You will be part of a highly professional Nordic team.

Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s also your personality that makes the difference at Nets. 


Your qualifications include:
•    Sales planning and execution skills.
•    Ability to sell across both IT and business units.
•    Strong technical aptitude.
•    Passion and commitment for customer success.
•    Ability to sell digital business process flows and signing solutions.
•    Strong time management skills.
•    Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise value for the customer.
•    Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints. 
•    Prefer to work in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.

Besides the little twist in your personality that defines you, we are looking for a colleague who takes initiative to make a difference and have a solid commercial drive and business understanding. You adapt and react rapidly to change, you are proactive and have the persistent to drive deals to closing. To succeed in this role, you need to have a challenger mindset and be resilient by nature.
