Tieto and EVRY recently joined forces this year and is seeking a senior professional for building up a new function covering how we go to market based on the many offerings we now provide. The Head of Value Propositions and Conceptualization is specialized in:
value proposition development
conceptualization/packaging of products and services, and
effective activation towards segments within Nordic/global markets
This means that you have specialist knowledge within this field and can showcase concrete examples where your skills have contributed to market success on the global area – preferably within the technology/digitalization/consultancy domain. You have extensive knowledge and experience from how to transform single products and service into attractive packaged concepts relevant for different B2B segments.
The Head of Value Proposition and Conceptualization will build a new team consisting of Segment Marketing Leads and a service concept designer, which will produce concepts to the market which differentiate TietoEVRY from its competitors. The role sits within the global Brand, Identity and Marketing leadership team and reports to the Head of Unit. The unit is currently in need of new colleagues, with specialist competence to strengthen our future footprint. We are looking for candidates with:
Formal education in Marketing, Business Development or other relevant field
Minimum 7-10 years of conceptualization experience from one of the main global consultancy or technology companies
A proven track record of developing and deploying successful, revenue generating concepts towards different target groups
A proven track record in establishing teams, implementing best practice conceptualization and design thinking frameworks and producing tangible business results
Certified project manager change manager
Strong business knowledge of the global IT and consultancy partner landscape
Proven ability to create long lasting change in complex, global matrix in the intersection between strategy, business, development, marketing and digitalization
In depth knowledge of effective digital marketing trends and deployment methods
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills fit for modern organizations
