About the team

As a Customer Analyst you are part of Customer Portfolio Management –team in Commercial Excellence. The team is responsible of customer portfolio development planning and activity management. We work closely with other teams in Commercial Excellence as well as with Retail Banking and Medium Corporate Banking business units. We operate in the field of commercial analytics and our input and work contribute to the customer experience and the optimization of the company’s performance.

About the role

Your main responsibility is customer analytics, activity creation and monitoring of customers. Your role also include following responsibilities:

• Analysis of customers in Retail and Medium Corporate banking
• Activity creation based on analytical insights, business requirements and stakeholder input
• Continuous monitoring and optimization of existing activities
• Creation of insights based on available data and proactively propose new activities

How to succeed in this role

We hope you are proactive, target oriented and have a systematic working method to ensure results in agreed scope and timeline. You are at your best when you get to use your analytical problem solving skills and solution oriented mind-set. To enjoy this role, you will need good stakeholder management skills and presenting your findings to different stakeholders is within your comfort zone. Fluency in Finnish and English is a requirement in this role.

You have the knowledge and experience in applying advanced analytics and statistical modelling into business needs. Analytical tools like SAS and SQL are already familiar to you.
