We are looking for a person who is in a stage of their career where they want to utilize their B2B SaaS sales skills in an innovation-driven and customer oriented environment as we are strengthening our sales team now in the midst of our growth. 

Our goal is to be a leading European payment industry player operating globally and as the world of payments is in a really fruitful place right now, we are really excited to add a Senior Sales Manager to our team who can close deals and take part in building our success. The services are proven already with close to 20 customers and with over 9 million end-users. We are operating globally and constantly innovating new services to better serve our customers. 

WHAT IS THE ROLE ALL ABOUT?

As a Senior Sales Manager your primary role is the acquisition of new customers. We think that this is an excellent role for someone who gets inspired by creating something new and by operating right in the face of continuous opportunities. In fact, our customer portfolio is large in scale and our customers range all the way from start ups to global enterprises.

The Senior Sales Manager will have a key role in closing high value cases and opening new markets and customer segments. By having previous B2B SaaS sales experience, you understand that our purpose is to deliver business value to customers. On top of this, the Senior Sales Manager has a great team to work with as you will collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, as well as our Business Development Directors, and CEO.

Our people working in sales are conversation starters, network builders, and value creators. To get to the next level, we are strengthening the team in order to drive more complex customer cases to closing. On top of this, building great utilization of our partners as a sales channel is what we hope the new Senior Sales Manager will bring to the team. As a whole, being a part of our sales team requires a great set of skills, such as relationship building, consulting, quick thinking, and leading by example by being an engaged team player and acting as a solution focused colleague.  

We are definitely interested if you recognize yourself from these qualities:

  • You have several years in a B2B SaaS sales position and are fluent in bid management
  • You are not afraid to take responsibility on things and love to accomplish goals
  • You thrive by having a solution-focused mindset
  • You have received feedback on being a good listener
  • You have been able to use your communication skills in English and Finnish (other EU languages are a plus) to get things moving towards the right direction
  • You think that working as a team is absolutely the best way to find success
  • You consider yourself as positive and have the desire to uplift and share knowledge with those around you
  • You can discuss strategic topics with C-level and are able to have constructive discussions with technical professionals

THIS IS HOW THE SENIOR SALES MANAGER SUCCEEDS

You will start with a well-thought onboarding in order to get you up to speed on things. Also, as we believe in collaboration, you will have the support from all the relevant stakeholders in order for you to succeed. More precisely:

 After 6 months:

  • You have developed a repetition of a collaborative, proactive and engaging person and colleague 
  • You manage your sales pipeline and to communicate effectively the status of your cases to stakeholders
  • You work independently, with constructive contribution level to the team and work according to Enfuce values

After 12 months:

  • You manage a solid pipeline and close high value deals
  • You receive regular positive customer feedback -  your customers are  happy with the quality of the work and solutions provided
  • You have developed the ability to utilize customer feedback for improving our sales operations

This is a permanent position and you would be working mostly from our Espoo Office but it is fine if you are located somewhere else in Finland as we are a modern workplace where remote working is a normal thing.
