I am Anton Magnusson, and I am heading one of our Trouble Ticketing units. As a member of my team, you will be developing, maintaining, and operating our on-premises ServiceNow instance that will support our Service Assurance and Service & Support processes locally and globally at Telia.

This role includes, but is not limited to:

• Successfully estimating, planning, and executing stories and tasks within the sprint backlog

• Picking up and updating stories assigned to you in Jira as you progress from status New to Complete

• Producing clean, efficient code based on best practices

• Troubleshooting, debugging and upgrading existing software

• Recommending and executing improvements

• Creating technical documentation for reference and reporting

• Writing Unit tests, Performance tests and updating test plans

Your Experience:

• Experience in ServiceNow development (minimum of 3 years), preferably at least 1 year with on-prem installations

• Development and configuration experience in ITOM, ITSM and Integration hub

• Testing using Automated Testing Framework is a must, and Selenium, Blazemeter, JMeter or any other performance testing tool is desirable

• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, CSS, REST and HTML is needed

• Experience in working in an agile team and using agile methodologies is very desirable

• Working experience from Prometheus and Grafana is a bonus

• Experience in working in CI/CD pipelines is a bonus

• Knowledge of ITIL and TM Forum Frameworx is a bonus

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
