We’re looking for Controller, Management Reporting to join our Group Finance team in our head office, Finland. Primary location is Nokia but this is negotiable.

You are a key player in Nokian Tyres Group controlling team. You will work closely together with Nokian Tyres finance professionals, management and other stakeholders. Main areas of responsibility are in Group level management reporting, financial forecasting and development of reporting systems. In this position, you will report to VP, Group Business Control.


Key responsibilities

•    Group level management reporting and forecasting, reporting processes and global instructions 

•    Monthly financial management reports and presentations 

•    Develop and maintain management reporting systems and processes 

•    Participation in interim reporting preparations   


What we expect from you

•    Experience within Group level finance and/or controlling tasks, preferably from an international industrial or consumer goods company

•    Experience in the field of finance reporting and/or management reporting

•    Experience in BI reporting tools, data warehouses, master data and data flows between transactional- and reporting systems (IBM Planning Analytics, Oracle FCCS, Oracle ERP, MDS and Power BI)

•    Capability to provide visually high-quality analysis, presentations and reports

•    Understanding of IFRS and financial statements

•    A team player with strong development mindset and keen to learn always new

•    Good analytical and communication skills in English 

•    University degree in Economics or Engineering
