Hi there! We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join Production, Shared Operation Secure Operation team.

I am Michael Mobelius and I am leading the Secure Operation DevOps team within the Shared Operation, IT Production organization. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.

As a DevOps engineer, you will support and develop our target systems within the IT Production area. You will be working within a wide range of diverse technologies stretching form databases, networking, servers, clusters and other components and services.

The team works currently according to Agile and SAFe ways-of-working and are looking to adapt SAFe & TM Forum practices/principles going forward.

Typical daily tasks will involve continuous service improvement in proactive purpose on our target systems, but it can also be incident management, life cycle management, installations/patching, and problem solving etc. Additionally, you will have a key role when it comes to system design and aid stakeholder in the decision-making process to secure quality and customer satisfaction.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Working together with colleagues to secure and maintain the Service Level Agreement towards our stakeholders
• Problem solving with a proactive/preventative approach
• Taking on the technical role as the DevOps engineer in projects and being able to run smaller sub-projects
• Developing tools to support our systems within operation area
• Deploying and configuring continuous changes within the application landscape
• Continuously keeping different technical documentation up to date
• Automation improvements
• Priority and/or GRC controls execution

Is this you?

Your Experience:

• Technical background, university degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Experience working with Linux and Windows server admin
• Experience on Kubernetes
• Experience working with technical IT Operation
• Knowledge working with Splunk
• Experience on IP Networks and troubleshooting
• Knowledge database, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL
• Knowledge Agile and SAFe ways-of-working
• Experience in working with CI/CD pipelines and development tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible)
• Knowledge of network monitoring and network probing solutions, 4G/5G signaling will be a plus
• Good to have knowledge of service management tools like BMC remedy or ServiceNow
• Knowledge of different monitoring and analytics tools like Grafana, Prometheus will be good to have
