My name is Miika Luukkainen and I am leading the Detect and Response team in Telia Inmics-Nebula. We have some of the most talented and motivated people in the field in our team, and together we are looking for an Incident Manager to join us in Jyväskylä.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE? 

We are strengthening our Service Execution organization with the role of Incident Manager. In this role you will be working in close collaboration with different organizations, as well as communicating with our customers. You will participate in developing our processes and workflows with the rest of our organization. You will lead the recovery process from various incidents. This role will also include communicating the status of incident management to both internal and external stakeholders. We offer you a strong role in leading things and people. 

WHO ARE YOU? 

To succeed in this position, we require fluent Finnish and English language skills and at least 5 years of work experience in the IT field. You are technically capable, have insight into IT systems and integrated systems and knowledge of the ITIL framework. You will need strong problem-solving ability, analytical and time management, cooperation and communication skills.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• A minimum of five years of work experience in IT
• Strong problem-solving ability, analytical and time management skills
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• The willingness to develop processes and workflows
• The understanding of how incidents affect business

We Value Experience in The Following Topics:

• Knowledge of ITIL framework
