We’re looking for Business Controller, Products and Marketing to join our Finance team. Primary location is Nokia, Finland but this is negotiable.

Your key role is to be a finance business partner for Products and Marketing function. Main areas of responsibility are function’s financial reporting and planning, product price, mix and profitability analysis and R&D follow-up. In this position, you will report to VP, Group Business Control and in matrix to the SVP, Products and Marketing. In addition, you will join our Products and Marketing Management Team.

You will work closely together with Products and Marketing function, Nokian Tyres business controlling team and other stakeholders. We appreciate your earlier work experience from international multi-dimensional business environment and skills to support business management and project teams in understanding the financial implications of decisions.

Key responsibilities

•    Products and Marketing function’s financial reporting and planning

•    Product price, product mix and product profitability reporting and analysis

•    Investments planning and follow-up 

•    New product business case financial calculations

•    Strategic product angle business controlling and ability to develop reporting tools

What we expect from you

•    You already have prior experience in product management business control tasks in international industrial or consumer goods companies

•    You are a team player with strong business and development mindset and keen to learn

•    Experience in BI reporting tools is a must (IBM Planning Analytics, Power BI)

•    You possess good analytical and communication skills and ability to collaborate in a networked organization with various business functions

•    Excellent communications skills in English

•    University degree in Economics or Engineering
