As Senior Project Manager you get a chance to run the most challenging and complex projects we have at Elisa. If interested, sometimes you may even have a chance to participate in exploration of strategy topic. As day-to-day operation, our department manages projects that are mainly part of Elisa’s strategy deployment plan, and to be more specific, projects with technical elements.

Your first two projects are

• renewal ofpopular customer product
• service migration

Qualifications

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in relevant field
• At least 5 years of project manager experience (or proven competence)
• Solid track record in driving challenging IT projects successfully
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Finnish

• Have clear presentation and communication skills.
• Get things done as a team in multi-cultural, and multi-vendor environment.
• Be able to manage complex entities.

We hope that you

• Have a project management certificate, but it is not a must.
• Are customer oriented and understand business needs.
• Are able to manage the pressures exerted by stakeholders.
