About this opportunity

• Create and maintain a tactical cyber security risk picture, based on operational risks and threats.
• Align cyber security risk with common frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Create executive briefings and position papers on complex and cross divisional cyber security issues.
• Steer and streamline communication with regulators to improve consistency of provided information.
• Dissect regulatory requirements and translate them into tactical initiatives.
• Review coverage and effectiveness of cyber security controls perform gap analyses and identify risk.
• Advise cyber security experts and leaders on improvements of existing controls and interdependencies of risks.
• Ensure and improve the quality of formal interactions with regulators, auditors and risk managers.
• Work closely with internal 2nd LoD functions and provide input for their assessment and strategy work.

Who you are

• have a background from the Cyber Security industry, and it’s a plus if you have worked with the financial sector previously
• have 3+ years of experience in handling risk and audit issues ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements
• personally lead by example Nordea’s vision, values and leadership
  statement
• provide timely and well-documented feedback, coach, assess
  performance, hold peers members accountable for their performance,
  communicate and show direction to enable the organisation to cooperate and
  execute.
