Head of Enterprise Reporting (IT)

My name is Vladislav Grablevskij, and I am leading Enterprise Services team within Telia CPS IT. I am excited about the change journey we have embarked on, and as we continue forward, we are now going to recruit a Head of Enterprise Reporting, who will own respective IT capability.  

Your next opportunity?

As Head of Enterprise Reporting, your main objectives will be to consolidate and build common IT capability for Enterprise Reporting by implementing strong data engineering governance and controls. Together with your team, you will enable our ambition to create a world class customer experience by full utilization of Data Warehouse capabilities. Furthermore, you will be in driving seat of:

Your experience:

For this position, we are looking for someone with experience working with Data, Data Warehouses and Advanced Analytics IT domains and its development. Further you’re a strong communicator having experience in forming high performing teams, operating in international setup.

Required Skills:

• Strong capability to build relationships between people and between organizations
• Excellent coaching and change management skills
• Technical domain knowledge
• Understanding large scale IT operations with high demands on stability and security
• Understanding large scale IT development with deliveries in complex environments using agile and scaled agile methods
• Extensive tech based leadership experience
• Extensive experience of negotiations in – and external
• Dare to challenge the current “as-is” state, stress to simplify the complexity and the motivation to care for our employees, stakeholders and customers
• Relevant University degree
