Head of Brand Management

F-Secure´s Strategy, Brand and Communications Unit is now looking for Head of Brand Management to drive further the development of a consistent and strong brand for F-Secure globally.
You will have the holistic responsibility for maintaining and further building F-Secure’s brand globally. This includes carefully developing F-Secure’s brand position and translating that position to a strong and consistent brand identity. You’ll also infuse the F-Secure brand into all relevant teams within the company, including content, marketing, digital, events, research and sales.
The Head of Brand Management will be part of a diverse, truly global team of experienced brand and communications experts who master the daily challenges professionally and spot on while always adding a sprinkle of fun. You will enjoy this role if you are passionate about creating brand equity, engaging people, thrive in the fast-paced cyber security industry, and are never satisfied with the status quo.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and maintain consistency of F-Secure’s brand identity
- Increase brand awareness, relevant differentiation and emotional connection
- Project manage cross-unit workflows
- Act as a first set of eyes on anything entering the brand team’s workflow
- Champion/drive initiatives that support delivery of the brand promise
- Develop a plan for brand management and brand development and monitor progress against the plan
- Drive brand understanding and support throughout F-Secure
- Brand messaging development
- Monitor, measure and manage brand equity and strength
What are we looking for?
- Practical professional experience in brand management in an international environment
- Educational background which includes marketing studies
- Preferably experience of leading people and small team(s), especially in a matrix organization
- Strong organizational skills with ability to act independently as well as in cross-functional groups
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Ability and confidence to interact with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work with attention to detail
- Structured and analytical working style
- Independent and self-motivated, with a positive “can do”-attitude
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English
