We’re looking for Process Expert, Record to Report to join our global finance team in our head office in Nokia, Finland.

As a Process Expert, Record to Report (RTR) you will work globally together with other process experts, financial controllers, business controllers and other stakeholders. We assume you already have experience on working in a stimulating, international business environment and you have an ability and motivation to drive continuous improvement. You can say you have open-minded approach and self-driven working style.

Key responsibilities:

•    Optimize and harmonize E2E processes and way of working together with end-users

•    Drive continuous process improvement and development in own RTR expertise area

•    Provide accounting support to Financial control organization

•    Work with cross-functional and global teams across all business units and business areas to capture business requirements

•    Participate and coordinate thorough testing and maintain understanding of global systems, tools, processes and procedures. 

•    Provide guidance, education and training to end-users

•    Participate in financial related projects and act as a contributor or project manager in finance projects

•    Ensure that all key controls are in place and functioning properly in accordance with internal policies

What we expect from you:

•    A relevant educational background, e.g. a Master’s / Bachelor degree in accounting 

•    At least 5-10 years of work experience in accounting in internationally operating company

•    Knowledge in FAS, accounting, taxation and reporting processes is required, IFRS is an advantage

•    Advanced Excel skills and experience from creating and developing new reporting tools

•    Expertise in Change management

•    Process management skills, specifically in Record to Report, from an internationally operating company

•    Willingness to learn and take part in system developments to drive continuously the process improvements

•    Great teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure

•    Good communication skills and analytical mindset required

•    Fluent in English, both oral and written, all other language skills are advantage 

You will be based in our head office Nokia, Finland, but traveling at our abroad offices is expected.
