We are looking for an exceptional Product Manager to join Unity’s Wallet team!

This role is an opportunity to drive outcomes for the primary financial product within Unity services. The Wallet team is responsible for payments, debits, credits, and transfers for our service customers. The wallet is the common balance sheet for Unity customers and is responsible for both payments and integration with Unity’s core financial systems.

The Wallet team is a central, cross-functional group providing a critical function to Unity services. This is an opportunity to have an impact on Unity’s core payments experience. In this role, you will determine the future of the core financial product for Unity service customers and how payments are managed within the Unity Operate Services team.

This is an opportunity to work with a top-flight team building core financial solutions for Unity. This role will have broad exposure and influence over product strategy for the payment & balance experience for Unity customers and will be the source of truth for our financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap for the Wallet dashboard development team
• Prioritize requirements for development and create detailed PRDs
• Build & Maintain alignment between Wallet, core financial systems, and internal customers.
• Partner with design, marketing, and user research teams on creating a delightful payments experience that best serves Unity customers
• Define KPIs and success criteria for the Wallet team and associated deliveries

Requirements

• Product management experience, preferably in payments or ad tech
• Understanding of common payment providers, gateway technologies, and financial systems.
• Strong prioritization skills including impact-certainty models and stack-ranking
• Experience working with central teams serving both internal and external customers
• Understanding of financial systems and transactions associated with adtech: payments, billing, transfers, accounting, fraud, bonuses.

Bonus Points

• Experience building building financial products in the ad tech or fin tech industries
• Experience working with financial systems like Netsuite, Workday, and Salesforce.
• Experience as a data or systems analyst for financial systems
