You will be part of a large programme developing the future payment infrastructure, and this programme is strategically critical and has high management attention. We want to be best in class, and therefore you must be best in class, executing on the following key responsibilities:

• Organizing and leading Scrum ceremonies
• Guiding the development team day-to-day work, together with the Product Owner  
• Assisting the Product Owner in maintaining the Product Backlog
• Improving processes continuously and coaching team members in Agile frameworks
• Handling day-to-day operational coordination with teams and relevant stakeholders
• Commit to delivering value together with the team
• Being a servant leader to all team members, having leadership and motivating people high on the priority list.

Adding to your personality, your professional qualifications include:

• Relevant education, e.g. engineering, development, management etc
• Several years of scrum master or project management experience
• Experience with agile and SAFe ways of working
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English is a requirement - If you speak and write Finnish, it will be considered and advantage
• Excellent technical understanding
