Oracle Communications are accelerating digital transformation and network evolution for communications service providers and enterprises around the world.

We are searching for a Lead Engineer to support (technically) and develop Oracle Communications Strategic Alliances WW in the Carrier Service Provider’s market with CGBU Service Provider Portfolio (Signaling, Policy and Session-Delivery)\:

  • Team up with Strategic Alliances Business Developer lead, supporting all the technical relationship with strategic technology partners.
  • Active in defining the GTM plan with the Sales Leadership team.
  • Drive execution of any Strategic Technology Partner certification activities in the Service Provider market segment (e.g. Solution Design and Documentation, Interoperability Testing, Unique Selling Proposition definition, Helps defining unique joint Development features within the Alliance, Demo Design, etc).
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact within the Sales and SC structure for Strategic Technology Partners in the Service Provider market segment, delivering periodic Technology Webinars for Oracle Communications Sales and SC Org.
  • Develop trustful and seamless relationship for the mid/long term business with our Strategic Alliances.
  • This position might require travelling across the Globe and adjusted work-time activities across different time zones, subject to location of the strategic Alliances involved. Travelling up to 30% of the time.


EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS\:
Expert-level knowledge of Fixed and Mobile Voice/Data networking environments; specifically, IMS/VOLTE/Roaming/Interconnect/RCS centric applications.

  • Expert-level knowledge of Fixed and Mobile Voice/Data networking environments specifically\: IMS/VOLTE/Roaming/Interconnect/RCS/STP/DRA/5G core-centric applications.
  • Expert-level knowledge in the design and deployment signalling protocols (SIP/DIAMETER/HTTP 2.0), architectures (3G/4G/5G core and IMS) and applications.
  • Creative and energetic with a strong interest in leading-edge technologies, experience in project management and strong presentation/communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience deploying/demoing 3G/4G/5G Core and IMS Network Functions
  • Expert-level knowledge and understanding of Network Function Virtualization and CNCF Cloud Native architecture.
  • Expert-level knowledge and understanding of relevant IMS/EPC/PCC/LTE/5G core... 3GPP & GSMA standards requirements.
  • Knowledge/experience Business UC VOIP/SIP Trunking environments.
  • 5+ years experience in the telephony, IP, VoIP, and/or networking industries.
  • Prior experience in supporting sales team selling system level products and services to Telecommunications Service Providers requiring complex strategic, solution selling skills.
  • High level of enthusiasm and passion for market and business development.
    Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant Technical field.
  • Plus\: Experience and knowledge on IoT Strategy, standards and protocols
  • Plus\: Previous experience working on any IoT PaaS (e.g. AWS-IoT, Azure-IoT)
  • Plus\: IOT business knowledge of industry verticals (Automotive, Building Management, manufacturing)
