We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our EMEA Recruitment team based in Helsinki. You would be joining a distributed team supporting our Operate Solutions, AI, Vivox and G&A businesses in multiple locations across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage diverse, talented individuals who can contribute meaningfully to teams at Unity
• Build a pipeline of top talent through industry awareness, networking and events
• Qualify potential candidates for both role-specific competencies and culture add
• Collaborate with other internal teams at Unity to keep hiring processes consistent and world-class
• Manage relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring team experience
• Own the offer negotiation process, partnering with the business, hiring managers, and HR to ensure great talent is brought on board

Requirements

• Experience with hiring technical roles
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing and negotiating offers
• Experience using Recruiting Software (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse, CRM tools)
• Excellent communication skills
• Self starting attitude and organisational skills to work autonomously in line with our empowered working culture
