We are looking for a Team Manager of Direct Sales with a strong commercial mindset and a high focus leadership
Are you a world class sales leader with solid experience and a proven track record on leading a sales team successfully? Excited about customers and sales in a successful and winning team? You will build on our proven track record of developing and delivering sales targets as a Nordic leader with 50 years of experience within payment solutions.

 

Direct sales team is a part of Nets Merchant Services business unit being responsible of all small and medium sized B2B customers. Merchants are offered high quality payment solutions such as payment terminals, ecommerce products and acquiring services. As a leader of direct sales team you’ll be powering the team to top performances.

Your key responsibilities in this role are:
•    Leading direct sales by example; participating in calling activities with daily targets, sparring and coaching the team members to reach their targets
•    Drive and deliver strategy-based activities and targets
•    Ensure a high standard of customer experience
•    Collaborate with central functions within the organisation cross Nordics and Europe

 

The ideal candidate has the following experience:
•    Solid management experience and capabilities within leading a sales team or equivalent 
•    High track record of leading high performance teams and sales campaigns successfully
•    Strong commercial mindset
•    Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
•    Fluent both in written and verbal Finnish and English language, Swedish is seen as benefit. 

On a personal side, you are known as ambitious, goal oriented with a strong will to win. You are known as a great listener and have the capacity of building a successful sales team.
