We are Eficode’s professional services unit working with cloud and server infrastructure, Atlassian tools, DevOps tools and application management. We work together with our amazing customers to help them succeed in the long term. Our team works with over a 100 tools, a multitude of environments and tens of thousands of end users. The decisions we make affect our lives for several years as we don’t have the habit of leaving our engineering after starting, but rather keep on improving it.

We’re seeking a person to work together with our R&D team to help them release our own products to our customers with high quality and on time. Besides working with quality assurance we expect that the person can assist in making sure that our environments are always up to date and always contain relevant test data - including the demo environments we use for customer demos.

This position is a great opportunity to learn about modern software development and to evolve into a solid professional that is capable of helping teams to deliver software on time and with high quality using sophisticated automation and the latest tools.

We require: that you have some technical experience in software development, (automated) quality assurance and preferably CI/CD pipelines. You also have reasonable linux knowledge and understanding of project management and Agile. It is also important to have good communication skills and a customer service attitude.

What do you do: you work together with our internal R&D on matters related to quality assurance, the CI/CD pipeline and testing/staging/demo environments (both traditional and cloud). You will help sales in technical matters, demos and pilots when you have time to spare.

You learn: about modern software development and DevOps tools and practises and work closely with technical teams. You will gain insight into customer requirements when it comes to new modern software development pipelines and how to modernise existing legacy setups. 

Your learning doesn’t end there, we have two hour knowledge sharing sessions every Friday on various topics, which you can attend to at our offices or remotely. Also, knowledge is actively shared e.g. in slack conversations and you can rely on senior level guidance from your colleagues in your day to day work on virtually any topic related to software creation.
