TECHNICAL OWNER, ENGINEERING APPLICATIONS

You will be responsible on technical day to day support issues as well development initiatives and projects, consistent with the organization's overall It systems strategy. Work involves support and development of systems to minimize disruptions to business activities and use the organization’s IT resources effectively.

You will also participate creating IT development roadmap in alignment with business strategy and initiatives. You oversee and monitor the global engineering applications performance.

You will be working closely and co-operating with customer IT organization.

In this role you maintain technical knowledge and documentation (process and technical) about architecture of all applications and ensure that needed parties have the skills to perform their job in the domain.

You are highly skilled in following areas:

• Java, html, SQL, PL/SQL, VBA, Windows servers, Microsoft Azure (about 60% of time)
• Integrations and system interfaces (about 20% of time)
• System configuration skills from Aton or other product data management system used in manufacturing industry (about 20% of time)
• Good understanding on engineering business processes as well IT applications and architectures
• Communication and team player skills
• Problem solving attitude and willing to learn new
• Coordination and prioritization skills
• Language skills of fluent English

Suitable candidate is expected to have 3-5 years of relevant IT experience on technical maintenance and platform development. 

This position will be filled when suitable candidate is found and customer has interviewed and accepted the candidate.

You can join to Nico as an employee or you can work as a subcontractor. First customer contract period is estimated to be 3 months with 100% work load and possible extension is about 3 months with 50% work load.

As Nico employee, you will get permanent employment with benefits. Your salary is based on billable customer hours with competitive revenue sharing model.
