• Enhance and execute on the governance Process for Investment based insurance products (IBIPS) and life insurance products.
• Ensure internal processes so products are distributed to the right customer and in the right way
• In cooperation with Legal review impact of and take relevant actions on new regulation
• Follow up on the distribution from a governance perspective
• Set a control structure and a process for continuously evaluating the process as well as acting on deviations

• Good understanding of insurance products
• Knowledge about IDD regulation
• A collaborative mindset as we are very dependent on our value chain
• Able  and used to plan and drive your own  work
• Good communications skills
• Good writing skills.

• Master´s Degree in economic or legal
• Experience working with Internal audit, governance or internal control
• Experience in building processes
• Professional skills in English
• Good skills in Excel and Power Point
• Previous experience from working with insurance
