We are looking for a Quality & OpEx Manager ABB Oy, Distribution Solutions in Vaasa. Quality & Operations Excellence (OpEx) Manager is responsible for quality systems, product quality and customer support. Quality in general, not only product quality is significant part of the customer experience and of our success. Furthermore, certified management systems are enablers to work with other world-class partners. While quality is deeply embedded to our processes and systems, we have dedicated teams for customer support and product quality, which will report to the Quality & OpEx Manager. Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for quality systems, product quality and customer support. Leading a team of customer support and product quality professionals. Collaboration with different stakeholders. You will be a member of local management team where you have a vital role for our business. Your background

B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree from engineering, computer science, business or another relevant field. Several years’ experience in a larger organization. Expertise in quality systems. Strong leadership experience. Knowledge of modern product development processes and methods. Strong business and organizational understanding. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English. Finnish and Swedish is an advantage. Experience in software or electronics business is an asset.
