We’re looking for Supply Chain Coordinator to support Vianor and Nokian Tyres Finland sales by ensuring high product availability at Vianor service centers and premium quality delivery process.
Our Nordics & Vianor Supply chain organization consists of 40 professionals in 3 different countries. Your key task as Supply Chain Coordinator will be ensuring product availability and optimal inventory levels at our 60 Vianor service centers throughout Finland. Our business is seasonal, which requires that our store and deliver-processes are flexible and effective. You will be managing operative activities related to those to secure efficient and on-time logistics services. You are part of Nokian Tyres Supply Chain organization, and reporting to Senior Manager, Supply Chain Nordics & Vianor. This position is located at our Head office in Nokia, Finland and requires travelling in Finland.
Key responsibilities:
• Responsible of Vianor service center replenishments with Relex supply chain management system and communication related to it with Vianor service centers. Also, as a key user to contribute to system development.
• Responsible of handling operative warehousing and transportation related activities for Vianor and Nokian Tyres Finland.
• Support Vianor S&OP process and its development in Finland.
• Supports usage of specified systems in the field of supply chain (e.g. Fidaware WMS, C3, Unifaun, Oracle, Maestro, reporting, etc.) as a key user.
• Participates to specified supply chain development projects.
• Contribute to improving One Nordics Supply chain operations and processes,
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the areas of logistics or supply chain
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or other relevant profession.
• Eager to communicate, visit and support service centers.
• Understanding of ICT-systems and good skills in Excel.
• Mindset for continuous improvement.
• Good written and spoken Finnish and English skills.
• Team player who contributes in reaching goals together with colleagues.
