About the role

You will join Nixu’s Product Cybersecurity Services team which focuses on helping clients build products that are secure. By combining security tooling and secure development processes, we ensure that our clients can focus on what they do best and leave security to us.

Depending on your experience, you will work as a Senior or Junior DevSecOps Specialist and support Nixu’s clients in building secure products and services. From helping to define secure architectures, setting up DevSecOps tooling and integration, helping clients figure out what the tools are saying and developing our internal capabilities, you can focus on areas where you are the strongest. Or, maybe learn something new and grow as a software security expert. From working behind the scenes to ensure that everything runs smoothly to working directly with the clients, your skills and interests will shape this role.

You will be based in Espoo, Finland. The position is permanent and full-time.

You have what it takes if you possess:

You have background in development or testing and have worked with continuous integration solutions and DevOps before. If you worked with something that was called DevOps but you would hesitate to call it that, don’t worry, you might be just the right person to help others avoid the same pitfalls.

Experience in DevSecOps tooling and relevant technologies or cybersecurity in general is considered a plus. If the terms SAST, DAST and IAST mean something to you, great. If your natural reaction would be to say that tooling doesn’t fix all the problems in the world, even better!
