We are searching for a new employee to join our Customer Success -team. Are you on your A-game when it comes to people interactions? Do you like to solve problems and puzzles presented by customers? We are in search of an employee who is is truly excited about a-class customer service and helping customers succeed. The ideal candidate would also have studied marketing or gained some experience in that area.

The main responsibilities would revolve around:

• Customer service through phone, email and chat
• Reporting, managing and analyizing customer relations
• Marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Social media presence

We would expect that:

• You have gained experience from customer service and / or marketing
• You are organized and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously         
• You have strong communication skills
• You know how to use Microsoft Office -tools
• You speak fluent English
• Skills with Hubspot, Photoshop and Facebook business manager are considered an advantage
