We are now looking for Field Service Consultants to strengthen our team and help our customers to realize their vision for field service digitalization.

What you will be responsible for:

• Understanding customers’ field service operations and helping them to create and realize their vision for field service
• Engaging with customers’ business and technical staff, e.g. in discovery workshops, to find the right solutions
• Challenging the customers’ thinking and status quo
• Managing (smaller) customer projects independently
• Configuring Salesforce Field Service Lightning and ServiceMax
• Proactively engaging with customers to find new projects and other opportunities for Fluido
• Understanding of end-to-end the project development from requirement specifications to deployment

The skills we are looking for:

• Must have:
  • “Can do attitude” and willing to take ownership in projects from day one
  • Experience in field service business and processes or strong interest to learn
  • Strong interest to learn Salesforce and related tools for field service
  • Good communications skills and the ability to talk about IT solutions in the business context, without going to technical topics
• You will benefit from these skills:

• You should be familiar with the following:
  • (Management) consulting

  • Agile project methodologies
