What you will be responsible for:

• Proactively engaging with customers to manage their digital multi-channel Marketing Automation projects.
• Understanding customers’ business problems and helping them solve them
• Engaging with customers’ business and technical staff, e.g. in discovery workshops, to find the right solutions for their Marketing Cloud projects
• Challenging the customers’ thinking and status quo
• Managing (smaller) customer projects independently
• Configuring Marketing Cloud or Pardot or Salesforce (and possibly other related tools)
• Understanding of end-to-end the project development from requirement specifications to deployment

The skills we are looking for:

• At least 1 – 2 years of marketing automation experience and/or extensive experience in some of the following business practices:
  • Marketing
  • Data Analytics
• Experience in some of the following:
  • Behaviour-driven and personalized messaging
  • Multi-channel customer journeys
  • Project management
  • Understanding both business and IT
• Good communication skills and the ability to talk about marketing processes, possibly Salesforce and other tools, in the business context, without shying away from technical topics.

A plus if you can check any of these:

• Experience in Salesforce / Marketing Cloud / ExactTarget  / Pardot
• Experience in Adobe
• Experience in Marketo 
• Experience in Customer Experience
