Our teams at Nets is developing a next-generation payment acceptance solutions for payment handling and in order to accelerate the development work the team is expanding. To facilitate this change we need a dedicated full-time SW Engineering Manager to lead daily operational work of  payment acceptance application teams including internal and external contributors. As a technical leader on our team, you are responsible for driving team towards selected strategy and timely delivery of our payment acceptance solutions.
Our payment acceptance solutions will handle millions of transactions per day and will have an impact millions of people per day! Mobility, security, stability and quality assurance are the key elements when talking about payments - in the end it can be also your personal money at stake.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Leading individuals to meet their priorities.
• Coaching team members to improve their capabilities. 
• Actively advocate Agile and scrum methodologies through team coaching.
• Handle day-to-day operational coordination with teams and relevant stakeholders.

Your professional qualifications and background should include:

• Several years (3+) of leading people in SW development.
• Background from SW developer or tester of embedded SW landscape.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Active in Agile groups, always developing your Agile thinking.
• SAFe methodology experience.
