Who you are

• Are a fast learner to get good understanding about Nordea Finance systems (such as Alfa & OMA)
• Are interesting of performing operative work with collection and pre-collection processes
• Show a flexible and result-oriented approach, with strong focus on quality
• Are a team player with a service-minded attitude, who can work independently as well as in a team
• Are willing to speak with customers over the phone and always act with the customer’s needs in mind

• You are experienced in processing work 
• You are comfortable of working with different systems
• You are used to focus on priorities even when urgent matters require attention and deadlines are tight
• You have relevant education
• You have fluent Finnish and English – both in written and verbal communication. Swedish is considered as an advantage.
