We are looking for a Product Introduction Manager (PIM) at ABB Oy, Motors & Generators in Vaasa. In this role, you will be responsible for coordination of product introduction and management of project portfolio. Your task is to ensure project implementation on time and according to scope. We offer you a challenging role in IEC Low Voltage Motors Plant in Vaasa Finland. This role reports to AME (Advanced Manufacturing Engineering) Manager.

Your responsibilities

Continuously developing and implementing the Product Introduction Process (PIP) and Product Introduction Management (PIM) role in line with the strategy. Managing project portfolio and what effect it will have in the Plant. Business case understanding and pau pack time calculations. Project stakeholder management and project coordination within organization. Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree, Industrial, Economics or Business Administration. At least years of work experience or proven track record in managing complex projects. You are a driven team builder and coach driving the team towards the next success. Good knowledge in lean methodology. Experience in working with global teams. Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English and Finnish. Experience of SAP and different PLM systems is beneficial.
