We are now looking for a Business Analyst to join our Central Presales team. Our youthful team is a combination of highly skilled data analysts, technical writers and presales consultants with various academic backgrounds. The main goal of Central Presales is to provide tangible proof for our prospects to convince them on the value we will bring to them. You will help the team achieve this goal by building product demos, developing our business case calculator and taking part in various initiatives for developing our working methods. We get excited when facing new challenges where we can put our skills to the test, but make sure to have fun while doing so.   What you’ll be doing: <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Taking ownership of our business case calculator used to estimate the ROI for implementing our product. This will include analysing what aspects impact the value we bring and modelling that into the tool in addition to providing user support, training and gathering development ideas</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Actively developing and maintaining our standard product demos that are used to explain how our product works. This will include understanding how our product solves the challenges faced by customers and explaining that in a compelling and accurate way</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Help out in explaining how our product works through answering RFX’s</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Other presales related development tasks</li> </ul> In this role, you will be working closely with both our own team but also product teams as well as sales. To succeed in this role, you need to have the ability to transform technical capabilities into commercial outputs and compelling demos.
