You’ll join a Product Adoption &amp; Excellence department of 25 people, who will help you succeed in your new role. The mission of the department is to ensure our ability to deliver value to our customers by defining product best practices for all core processes &amp; product areas that RELEX offers and driving the full adoption of those throughout the customer, RELEX, and Partner bases for all offerings. As Senior Development Manager, you’ll have the responsibility of building structures – not bureaucracy – how we at RELEX ensure product adoption both internally for all our consultants and externally for customer users. Now -&nbsp; if you accept the challenge - we give you the opportunity to experience all this and more. &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing: </strong></p> <p>You will be working with all the teams in the department from product area excellence and best practices to training, helping the teams hands-on to create and maintain ambitious and achievable roadmaps and ensuring alignment and collaboration with all the teams. You will also take the lead of driving strategic initiatives throughout the company as a project manager and subject matter expert. You will own the operations enablement stream as a part of the product lifecycle framework – ensuring that we create and validate all the needed capabilities to flexibly implement and use the products in different kind of business environments. Your main duty is to speed up in a scalable way how we mature our products and to ensure high-quality consulting on all our implementations.</p> <ul> <li>Owning the Operations Enablement stream as a part of Product Lifecycle Framework</li> </ul> <ul> <ul> <li>Concept of creating and validating best practices for all new products, features and initiatives</li> <li>Ensuring realistic and effective upskilling process to scale implementation capabilities and improve customers product adoption</li> <li>Ensuring that all new developments brings additional value for our customers through clear and understandable measurement processes</li> </ul> <li>Working closely with Business and Solution Consulting Tribes to define comprehensive but flexible processes to deliver projects</li> <ul> <li>Ensuring all customer requirements are met in best scalable manner and high quality</li> <li>Ensuring customers can take full ownership of the solution and processes after the project</li> <li>Improving process to capture learnings and solutions as part of our best practices</li> </ul> <li>Support retail sales and implementation cases and accounts with industry knowledge and best practices</li> <li>Working closely together with other product teams in road mapping, prioritization, and specification.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll bring to the table: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive and attitude: this is a very important role in our quest to humbly conquer the world.</li> <li>Customer focus: Experience of step into our customers’ shoes and understand how they see the world.
