You’ll join a global People team of around 30 people who will help you succeed in your new role. This is a wonderful opportunity to design how a hyper-growth, international company approaches learning and development of key skills and capabilities.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing: </strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>The core of your role is to identify areas where our RELEXians would need more systematic training and competence development in relation to People-centric topics (including meta-skills and leadership development), and to come up with a holistic learning strategy to fulfil those needs.&nbsp;You will plan and implement learning activities by utilizing a wide variety of different methods and channels, ranging from global e-learning courses to interactive small group sessions.&nbsp;</p> <p>Your responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Creating a learning strategy and vision for People-related training topics through dialogue with RELEXians in expert and leadership roles</li> <li>Organizing training and development initiatives according to RELEX learning needs by designing and developing exercises, tutorials, and other methods of learning, as well as facilitating trainings</li> <li>Seeking out internal subject matter experts to create and hold internal trainings</li> <li>Researching and partnering with external training providers where needed</li> <li>Establishing effective KPIs for your expertise area<br><br></li> </ul> <p>This is a new role, which means that you will be able to impact your ways of working and goals to fit your vision of a great skill development and learning process. You will be supported by your colleagues from People team as well as by a RELEX team focusing on creating engaging and impactful e-learning courses.&nbsp;</p> <p>This role is located in our headquarters in Helsinki, Finland and will involve some travel.
