We’re looking a Full-stack Designer to join one of our new international product teams, CalcuQuote. CalcuQuote is a Dallas-based software startup, with team members and customers across the world. We serve customers in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry, who help make pretty much any electronic item you can think of. Founded in 2014, CalcuQuote is revolutionizing the industry with our suite of quoting and supply chain software that helps bring products to market faster. We are continuously growing and scaling our core product, but also working on a lot of exciting new things to move the industry forward. As a tech startup, we work hard (and smart), and we have fun doing it. We’re very goal-oriented, and we help each other exceed expectations.

What You'll Do

• Ensure the aligned user experience in CalcuQuote SAAS products and services
• Help the whole team to understand customers’ business needs and challenges
• Conduct user research and elaborate real-world use cases
• Come up with UX improvements and even new service ideas
• Design fluent customer flows and desirable user interfaces
• Present your design decisions to stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops for co-creating the service
• Ensure iterative design through prototyping and user testing
• Use data and user feedback to continuously improve the solution
• Build and share re-usable components through design system
• Help development team in conducting your design and review the results before releases

Skills and requirements

• Have a good understanding of modern design technologies and design systems
• Have experience in gathering customer insight with different methodologies
• Communicate your design decisions fluently
• Have solid experience in working as part of an agile development team 7+ years experience in design and 3+ years of experience in leading design projects
• Experience of end2end responsibility of the digital UX
• Experience in communicating and collaboration with various stakeholders; customers, business and techies
• Good facilitation skills and ability to teach Design Thinking for others
• Fluent with digital channels, design and collaboration tools
• Full working proficiency in English
• Ability to work with flexible working times as the team locates in India and USA
