What you will get to do:

What you will be responsible for:
  • Understanding customers’ business problems and helping them solve them
  • Engaging with customers’ business and technical staff, e.g. in discovery workshops, to find the right solutions
  • Challenging the customers’ thinking and status quo
  • Managing (smaller) customer projects independently
  • Configuring Salesforce and possibly other related tools
  • Proactively engaging with customers to find new projects and other opportunities for Fluido
  • Understanding of end-to-end the project development from requirement specifications to deployment

The skills we are looking for:

  • At least 1 – 2 years Salesforce experience and/or experience in some of the following business practices:
    • Sales
    • Customer service
    • Field service
    • Marketing automation
    • Business intelligence
    • Portals / communities
    • eCommerce
  • Experience in some of the following:
    • (Management) consulting
    • Project management
    • Agile project methodologies
    • Understanding of both business and IT
  • Good communications skills and the ability to talk about Salesforce and other tools in the business context, without going to technical topics.
