  • Support leaders and employees, hands on individual case handling, including
    • Case planning, approval process, salary calculations and cost estimates
    • Supporting dialogues with leaders and employees
  • Ensure strong governance of mobility policy and compliant solutions and monitoring.
  • Drive communication and awareness of policies and process and Train Regional People staff and People Business Partner community on Global Mobility standards and procedures/processes.
  • Support in development of efficient and cost-effective policies, processes, governance, tools and systems to support global mobility, ensuring the Nordea Global Mobility Policy remains up to date and relevant, both from a regulatory and business perspective.
  • Manage and coordinate operations and relationships with external vendors within relocation and tax services. Responsible for the level of service/assistance needed from external partners.
  • Be part of developing and implementing new processes within global mobility.
  • Drive annual reoccurring Global mobility tasks related to tax return and bonus season.
  • Ad hoc governance projects, analysis and reporting.
  • Keep up to date with changes in regulation and market practice and participant in relevant external forums.

Who you are

  • Solid experience with global mobility management at highest level of complexity from professional consulting firm and inhouse mobility management preferred.
  • Experienced with International and Nordic personal tax and with global mobility tools, including shadow payroll, expat tax regimes as well as immigration and expatriating/repatriating employees in general.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong team player mentality, willingness to work independently.
  • Ambitious and a determination to drive change and improvements.
  • Curiosity to continuously learn and develop.
  • Strong numerical and analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Professional level in English language, verbal and written.
