We are now looking for a Manager, Operations Processes and Tools to drive the development of operations management for the business of service agreements delivery in Marine Power. 

The operations management function is key for delivering digital services, such as Operational Support and Expert Insight, from Expertise centres. 
As a Manager, Processes and Tools you will be working to develop the analytics capabilities and act as a function lead related to processes and systems for the Expertise centres. 
 
In this role you will ensure that the centres have a clear way of working with efficient tools. To succeed in this role, you will need an analytical mind-set and a thorough business and technical understanding of equipment operations. 
 
Location for this position is Finland (Vaasa/ Turku/ Helsinki).

Required Experience/Skills     
- Education; Degree in engineering or equivalent 
- Development minded and interested in applying new technologies 
- Good business and customer understanding
- You have experience of delivery organisation and had direct customer contacts, you are used to set targets and take actions.  
- Management and leadership skills 
- Negotiation and networking skills 
- Target setting skills  
     
Main responsibilities     
- Lead own function by interfacing with main stakeholders and prioritise delivery tools development activities 
- Actively communicate with Expertise centres and provide training and process guidance according to needs within own area of expertise. 
- Drive the development and deployment of analytics tool (WEDGE) among centres and key users
- Provide subject matter expert guidance and support for Expertise centres in own area of expertise  
- Ensure development of processes and tools in the assigned function 
- Actively participate in development projects. 
- Action planning for own function in-line with the business roadmap. 
- Maintain close cooperation with development teams, product management, service delivery and lifecycle support teams 
 
Development responsibilities     
- Development of own function in line with business development and new business models.
