What you’ll be doing?

You will join a team of colleagues in TietoEVRY’s Service Desk 24H in Helsinki. You will be helping in and solving a wide variety of our customers’ problems. 

Who might you be?  

We are looking for someone with…

• Experience in customer service and good co-operation and interaction skills 

• Ability to work in multi-customer environment 

• Fluent (written and spoken) Finnish and English.

• Readiness to shift work

• Basic knowledge of IT service environments
