We are looking for team members to focus both on the individual applications within our RELEX retail optimization platform, but also to focus on the whole platform level. Below you’ll find out more about what each team and position has to offer and what kind of prior experience would help in succeeding in these roles.    Central Testing Team is our newly formed team where you’ll be working to ensure the quality of our whole platform, consisting of applications for demand forecasting, supply chain management, store space planning and workforce optimization. Together the team will be evaluating, piloting, implementing and supporting new QA related tools and processes. In addition to hands-on test automation work, the team provides support and training for other teams in testing related matters. In this role you will also join our QA tribe that brings together people across teams to discuss ways to ensure and improve the quality of our product and the tools we are using. As part of this team you’ll have the chance to take these new ideas into practice.    RELEX Store QA team is responsible for improving and maintaining the quality of our retail store space planning solution. In this team, you’ll be the QA-feature Owner for one of the Store’s features.The team applies Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD) as a user-centric approach to test automation. Robot Framework is primarily in use for ATDD and the team is invested in the idea of "automating everything automatable”. Your work as part of the Store team involves creating manual and automated (acceptance) tests, reviewing other peoples’ code and building monitoring and tooling to help in all this.   RELEX Work Infra & QA team is working on our workforce optimization service that helps our customers optimize their employees' work shifts based on expected demand, skill profile and other parameters. We have organized the RELEX Work cross-functional teams around domains, and the teams are located in the same space and do close collaboration. In this role you would become part of the Infra & QA team which runs the service and supports other teams in infrastructure, CI and test automation related issues. You’ll be working on improving the quality of our RELEX Work product by implementing and improving test automation into our CI pipelines. They are currently automating the smoke, regression and performance tests and you’ll get to lead these efforts as part of the team. You will also be supporting development teams in their daily testing activities.    RELEX Connect and Transform team is working on the primary integration services that provide customer facing interface (file and Web API based) and perform data transformations before it lands in RELEX’ core services. In this role you become part of the team and work closely with other developers, which allows you to get relevant feedback and participate in team activities. In addition, you will be collaborating with other teams, providing and getting help in order to get the software work seamlessly together. Main responsibilities include designing and developing test automation solutions in our new projects as well as helping the team to improve existing test implementations.
