Now we are looking for an experienced and wide-ranging professional to take on the project management challenge in our Connectivity Solutions business. In this role you will focus especially on customer projects, their progress and execution. You will watch over and manage the different project sections all the way to productization. In big picture, you understand the technical requirements of the project from SW, HW, RF and Mechanics point of view, of course trusting your strong team to possess the deeper expertise of these topics. You are a natural leader; you understand how motivation is nurtured; you commit yourself strongly to the shared goals and you can make your team see the progress towards them. Cooperation with internal operators, external partners and especially the customers is an important part of your daily work and you are an active communicator.

To be a success at this you should have:

• Previous experience in leading a team or in project management
  
• Comprehensive understanding on mobile devices and/or telenetworks
  
• Ability to manage different aspects of the project (SW, HW, RF, Mechanics, PVV, Operations etc.)
  
• Understanding of agile methods in practice
  
• Experience on R&D process and managing project budget
  
• Natural ability to coach people
  
• Fluency in written and spoken English
  
• Willingness to travel occasionally
