You will be involved in developing and integrating world-class machine learning models for optimizing marketing campaigns in real-time (through life-time value modelling and conversion prediction), and have the opportunity to be a part of a team that has a significant and direct impact on the business!

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain our data pipelines with a keen focus on marketing automation, and insights and integrations within the ad tech ecosystem (ad networks, 3rd parties).
• Improve our internal tools to enhance data quality & reliability.
• Work with and help evolve the whole Yousician backend codebase.
• Help the Growth team in automating manual processes, data modelling, data integrations and improve testing.
  
  

WHO YOU ARE
Must have:

• Experience in developing part of a large scale backend system (workflow, code reviews)
• Experience with AWS or GCP or Azure
• Strong experience in Python, or strong experience in one other language + some experience working in Python
• Hands-on experience working with one or more operational databases, e.g. MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL
  

Bonus:

• Data modelling experience for data warehousing, experience with DBT (data build tool) or similar
• Experience with Snowflake, Redshift or BigQuery
• Experience with ad tech and ad networks, optimizing programmatic advertising
• Experience with third party integrations
