You’ll join a global People team of around 30 people who will help you succeed in your new role. This is a wonderful opportunity to design how a hyper-growth, international company approaches talent acquisition, strategic growth planning and employer branding.</p> <p>This role will involve travel and is preferably located in one of these RELEX locations: Helsinki (Finland), Wiesbaden (Germany), London / Stoke on Trent (UK). You will report to our Chief People Officer.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing: </strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>The core of your role is to create, measure and implement a holistic, long-reaching global talent acquisition and employer branding strategy. As a part of this, you will lead a team of 10 talented recruitment and employer branding professionals across three RELEX locations and partner with external vendors where needed.</p> <p>You will work in close collaboration with our business leads around the globe, coming up with creative and effective ideas on how to make sure we attract the best possible people to join the ever-expanding RELEX success story!</p> <p>In addition to that, your responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Designing and implementing global talent acquisition and employer branding practices, tools and ways of working across all RELEX locations in collaboration with your team and other RELEXians.</li> <li>Creating and tracking effective KPIs for talent acquisition and employer branding.</li> <li>Annual budgeting and planning of your expertise area.</li> </ul> <p>This is a new role, which means that you will be able to impact your ways of working and goals to fit your vision of a great talent acquisition organization.
