We are now looking for a TRAINEE UI Developer (AngularJS) for Helsinki University Library.

Helsinki University Library provides access to electronic and print materials needed by students, teachers, and researchers, as well as visibility for publications and research by members of the University.

The library user interface for customers (http://helsinki.fi/helka) is based on a product called Primo (https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Primo) by Ex Libris, and it is built on AngularJS. In addition to developing our main view, we would like to add tailored views for various subject areas. If you would like to help connect people with the resources they need and know either AngularJS or a similar framework (React, Angular, Vue), please join us!

We expect you to have excellent oral and written communication skills in English, the ability to take initiative and to work independently.

The duration of a traineeship is 1 September to 31 December 2021 (four months) of part-time (50%) work, leaving time for studies as well. The salary of a trainee is €700 per month for a part-time (50%) trainee.
